Revenue Share with Partner - A partner can earn through the following channels -

• 20% Revenue Share on Sale of all Premium Business Listing & Banner Ad Plans. (View Plans)

• 10% Revenue Share on all Renewals

• Rs.25-50 Per Genuine & Verified Free Business Listing.

• BONUS - Additional 10% of your earnings if you achieve minimum earnings of Rs.50,000 in a single payment cycle.

• Payment Terms & Conditions -

  • Payment Cycle - MONTHLY - 1st of every month to last date of the month.

  • Payment will be released only if your total earnings have reached minimum Rs.20,000

  • If in a single payment cycle, your total earnings do not reach minimum Rs.20,000, all your earnings will be carried forward and added to the next month payment cycle.

  • The carried forward amount in the next payment cycle will not be included in the calculation of Bonus.

  • Payment will be released by 15th day of every month.

• General Terms & Conditions -

  • To become our Sales Partner, first, you have to create a premium business listing for your own work/business. Then you may click on the "Apply Now" button below. Then our team will get in touch with you to evaluate if you are eligible and fit to become our Sales Partner.

  • Creating a Premium Business Listing for your own business DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will be automatically chosen to become our Sales Partner. Only applicants with good standing and reputation in the market with a credible and established business will be considered to become our Sales Partner.

  • If you are selected to become our Sales Partner, every year you have to renew your own business listing like any other business to maintain your status as a Sales Partner. If you choose not to renew your business listing, your association with us as a Sales Partner will be automatically terminated and you won't be eligible for any earnings from renewals from your clients.

  • As a Sales Partner, it is your responsibility to ensure that any business listing you create, there is no content duplicacy, copyright infringement, illegal content or any illegal business listing is created.

  • If you are found to be engaging in any illegal or unethical activities, your association with IndiaOnline.in Network will be immediately terminated without notice.

  • These terms and conditions are further governed by our Terms of Service & Infringement Policy. You are strongly advised to please go through them before applying.

How to Calculate your Earnings -

Example 1 -

In 1 month, if you achieve -

1. Rs.2,00,000 New Sales - (20% of 2,00,000) = Rs.40,000 Earnings

2. 200 Free Listings (200x50) = Rs.10,000 Earnings

3. Bonus Applicable as A+B >= 50,000 - 10% of (40,000+10,000) = Rs.5,000 Bonus

TOTAL Earnings (A+B+C) = Rs.55,000/-

You will receive payment of Rs.55,000 for this payment cycle as you crossed minimum earning threshold of Rs.20,000.

Example 2 -

In 1 month, if you achieve -

1. Rs.1,00,000 New Sales - (20% of 1,00,000) = Rs.20,000 Earnings

2. 150 Free Listings (150x50) = Rs.7,500 Earnings

3. Bonus NOT Applicable as A+B < 50,000 -

TOTAL Earnings (A+B) = Rs.27,500/-

You will receive payment of Rs.27,500 for this payment cycle as you crossed minimum earning threshold of Rs.20,000.

Example 3 -

In 1 month, if you achieve -

1. Rs.50,000 New Sales - (20% of 50,000) = Rs.10,000 Earnings

2. 100 Free Listings (100x50) = Rs.5,000 Earnings

3. Bonus NOT Applicable as A+B < 50,000 -

TOTAL Earnings (A+B) = Rs.15,000/-

You will NOT receive any payment for this payment cycle as you did not cross the minimum earning threshold of Rs.20,000. However, your earnings of Rs.15,000 will be carried forward to the next payment cycle and added to your earnings of the next payment cycle.
